With our integrated solution, you get a fully automated flow together with the WSSPA wheel washer. Our technology ensures that tire washing and tread depth measurement are performed simultaneously without any time delay.

The technology is based on advanced stereoscopic camera technology from SAAB. The Wheelscan system takes detailed images with a large number of measurement points that are carefully analyzed. The images are then converted into five specific values that measure the tire’s tread across its surface. This makes it easy to identify uneven wear and other potential issues.

Even if the tires are dirty, Wheelscan ensures that accurate measurements are performed, and the results remain reliable. The measurement values are automatically transferred to your business system, and along with these values, images are also sent, allowing you to inform customers about the current status of the tires in a clear and visual way. This not only streamlines the process but also provides a higher level of transparency and customer service.
