WS40 - Mobile Tire Stacking System
Our WS40 compact storage system provides you with all the ergonomic benefits of tire stacking while increasing storage volume by up to 75% thanks to reduced handling areas. Under optimal conditions, the storage can accommodate up to 44 wheels per square meter, offering an efficient and space-saving storage solution.
The WS40 consists of movable tire racks mounted on rails, either cast into new floors or installed in grooves in existing concrete floors. The wheel sets are stored horizontally on stable support frames and handled smoothly with a tire truck and tire cart, eliminating the need for heavy, manual lifting. In the workshop, the tire cart can easily be tilted down, allowing the wheels to stand upright and be rolled directly to the car.
The system is designed with high safety in mind and complies with safety standards according to Class 2. Each cart is equipped with an emergency stop, and the truck aisles are equipped with optical sensors and confirmation buttons that ensure the picking aisle is clear before the carts are moved.
The WS40 can be built up to seven levels high and offers a storage capacity of up to 11 wheel sets per square meter. The mobile carts are easily controlled with a remote control, keypads, or manual operation. The system comes with a two-year warranty.
