Wheel Washing
System 

WSSPA is our fully automated wheel washing system, developed with the same care and innovation as our other tire stacking products. With WSSPA, we further our vision of simplifying work in the tire workshop while being mindful of the environment.

Simpler – With our wheel washing system, no manual lifting of the wheels is required, relieving the staff. Instead, an entire stack of wheels is placed in the washer or on the accompanying conveyor belt using a truck or tire cart. Four minutes later, a clean stack is ready to be transported to the tire rack.

Faster – The wheel washer requires no staff for its operation. The workshop staff feeds the wheels on one side, and the warehouse staff removes them on the other, saving significant time. The process is efficient and streamlined: a dirty wheel stack goes in, and a clean stack comes out every four minutes.

Environmentally friendly – The wheel washer uses no chemicals. The wheels are washed with hot water under high pressure. The used water is collected in a tank where it undergoes a four-step purification process before being reused in a closed loop, making the machine environmentally friendly and resource-efficient.

How WSSPA Works: The wheel is securely fixed between four rollers controlled by air pressure to ensure correct positioning. The wheel rests on two rotating axles while fixed nozzles thoroughly clean both the inside and outside. The used water drains into a tank where it is purified in four stages before being pumped back to the nozzles in the washing chamber, creating a closed and sustainable loop.

After washing, the wheel is efficiently dried with the help of an air knife strategically placed in the roof of the washing chamber. The clean wheel is then lifted out of the washing chamber and placed by the wheel picker into the unloading unit. The process repeats continuously until all wheels are washed.

WSSPA handles wheels with a diameter of 540 to 800 mm, a width of up to 325 mm, and a maximum weight of 50 kg per wheel, making it a flexible solution for a variety of needs.

To further optimize workflow, WSSPA can be complemented with feeding units on both the input and output sides, making handling even smoother.
