WS HD.1 is a wheel washer for heavy-duty vehicles, built on the same proven washing technology as the fully automatic WS 2.0. The machine is designed to handle wheels weighing up to 120 kg and is equipped with a chain conveyor and additional high-pressure nozzles, providing increased washing capacity and highly effective cleaning performance.

For safe and ergonomic handling of heavy wheels, the WS HD.1 features transfer carts on both the infeed and outfeed sides, simplifying the workflow and minimizing manual lifting. The machine can handle wheel stacks of up to seven (7) wheels, making it an ideal solution for truck, bus, and construction equipment workshops with high demands for capacity, safety, and efficiency.
