Wheelwasher 2.0

We have delivered wheel washers with fully automated workflows since 2017. From the launch of our first wheel washer, customers have been able to wash wheels with labels and center caps. When we identified the need to scan and document wheels, we developed Wheelscanning as a natural spin-off.

With the next generation wheel washer, we have maintained our strong environmental focus. The washer uses only hot water and high pressure, completely free
from microplastics and chemicals.

Wheelwasher 2.0 is an advanced robotic cell that provides full control of the entire process. The wheel stack is automatically adjusted using a 3D camera, ensuring
correct positioning. Every step is measured and monitored. The system handles wheels up to 900 mm in diameter and 380 mm in width, and automatically positions
labels correctly to make the operator’s work easier.

The washer can be configured with front loading, meaning it requires significantly less space and can be installed in a corner or in a room narrower than 4 meters.

Washing results are even better thanks to more nozzles that reach more angles and a higher water flow. After washing, the wheel is centrifuged to minimize
remaining water. You easily select whether to wash wheels or tires by scanning, and choose between short, normal, or long wash programs the same way.

The entire wheel washer is plug-and-play and operated via a simple control panel. The fan is integrated, so no additional installation is required. An automatic belt
filter makes filter changes easy and infrequent. The filter separates water from sediment, which is automatically collected in a waste container, minimizing hazardous
waste.
