WS20 - Tire Stacking System

The WS20 is a shelving system designed for ergonomic tire and wheel handling, where wheels are stored horizontally on support arms in stacks of four. This system reduces the need for manual lifting and meets the increasing trend of larger and heavier wheels that require more space and effort to handle.

Stacking tires reduces the handling of a wheel by up to 16 times per year compared to traditional vertical storage. Without the need for pallet handling, lifts, or stairs, the work is done faster and with less strain on the back and shoulders. The smooth tire truck lifts the wheels for you, and together with the accompanying tire cart, manual lifting is completely eliminated.

The switch between the truck and the cart takes only a few seconds. In the workshop, the tire cart can be easily laid down so that the wheels stand up and can be rolled directly to the car. The system is scalable and can be built up to seven levels, allowing storage of up to 28 wheels vertically, depending on ceiling height. The support arms can be adjusted in height in 50 mm intervals and seamlessly adapted to the type and width of the tires.

The aisle width can be adjusted according to the premises, with the minimum distance between shelving units being 1100 mm for the manual tire truck (up to five levels) and 1300 mm for the electric one. The system can be installed on both concrete and asphalt, and all shelving parts are delivered in galvanized steel for increased durability.
